EDF estimates that the photovoltaic contracts before 2011 bring in between €300 and €400 per megawatt (according to EDF Obligations d'Achat) and not €600 per MW as indicated by the State. EDF would be concerned up to 150 MW, i.e. a third of its installed solar power capacity in France. EDF intends to defend itself.

For its part, Engie is also involved in pre-2011 contracts; it indicates that it is very worried.
