The Council of State rejected the appeal by the Enerplan union.

On 28 September the Council of State rejected the appeal by the trade union Enerplan against the deliberation of the Commission de Régulation de l'Energie (CRE).
of 7 June 2018 on the tariff for the use of public electricity networks (Turpe) for collective self-consumption operations. This deliberation introduced an optional dual tariff for the use of the electricity network for self-consumption operations.
