SunStyle coloured tiles
During her visit to La Fabrique de tuiles solaires Sunstyle in Châtellerault, the Minister for the Energy Transition announced a bonus for those who choose building-integrated solar energy in 2020 and 2021.
The Sunstyle® tile is a textured glass sheet protecting solar cells. It thus transforms the sun's rays into clean, inexhaustible electrical energy. Its production capacity is 115 Wp for a black tile, and 85 Wp if it is coloured. It meets the requirements of the Architectes des Bâtiments de France (French Building Architects), particularly in the registered areas. Finally, the technology has been certified by the TÜV Rheinland and is approved by the CSTB.
Its size (870 x 870 mm) makes it quick and easy to install. It is virtually maintenance-free and is a long-lasting construction element. It therefore represents a long-term saving for the building, since it is estimated that the cost of the equipment is amortised after 10 to 14 years. The tile is available in red, grey or black.
