DSM sells solar glass coating products to Covestro
DSM of the Netherlands sold its resins and functional materials business, which includes anti-reflective and dirt-repellent solar glass coating products, to Germany's Covestro. DSM retains
the bottom sheets of panels. The activity sold represents sales of €1,012 million in 2019, with gross operating profit of €133 million.
The disposal is based on a net price of €1.4 billion.
