Study of the effects of ultraviolet light on background sheets

Fraunhofer ISE launches a study of the effects of ultraviolet light on polymer backings in conjunction with five international laboratories

Ultraviolet light is a significant cause of degradation as it causes "yellowing", which reduces the reflective performance of the backing sheet and causes other problems.
