Ginlong and Xi'An Solar Power, a subsidiary of SPIC

Xi'An Solar Power, a subsidiary of SPIC, achieves a conversion efficiency of 23.2% with its TOPCon N-type panels in mass production. It has achieved this through high-efficiency chemical cleaning, precision polysilicon doping and hydrogen passivation, among other improvements.

Ginlong wants to raise $200 million to double its inverter production capacity. He wants to increase it to 20 GW. There is a big demand for string inverters compared to other technologies because of their cost-competitiveness and reliability.
