Estimated results of JA Solar for the 1st quarter
JA Solar in turn gives a range of net profit for the first quarter: it will be between
RMB 250 million and RMB 350 million ($34 to $42 million). This compares with RMB 550 million in profit in the fourth quarter of 2019 and some RMB 90 million a year ago. The company explains this situation by the presence of the New Year and the containment as it has four major manufacturing operations in the Hebei province where the city of Wuhan is located.
