Containment and pandemic are drying up order books
A survey of the order book of residential installers was carried out in Australia. It revealed that half of the companies in the survey
who responded experienced a 25% to 50% drop in their orders during the four weeks prior to the survey, compared to the average over the last six to twelve months. 30% of businesses indicate that they have orders for the near future. 20% of them indicate that they have not received any orders in the last four weeks.
Most Australian installers expect the market to collapse as current order books are filled.
