Canadian Solar wants to increase its panel production capacity by 3 GW

Despite skeletal demand, Canadian Solar wants to increase its panel production capacity by 3 GW,

to 16 GW by the end of 2020. The company's shipment forecast for the year is 10 GW to 12 GW.
