Enerplan worries about the questioning of the RT 2020

The Enerplan trade union is concerned about the questioning of the RT 2020 which was to become the RE 2020 (E for environmental and no longer T for technical). In 2016, the label Energie Carbone, or E+C-

Some positive points are worthy of praise:

- Emphasis is placed on the living area (SHAB) or useful area (SU) instead of SRT;

- The life cycle analysis on the Eges carbon indicator is still present,

- Each of the Energy and Carbon dimensions are analysed, which seems simpler and more robust,

- The RT2012's summer comfort indicator, the Tic, would be replaced by a degree-hour indicator (rather than the DIES).

- The E+C- approach has enabled the profession to increase its skills and mobilise.

But:

- There is the disappearance of the BEPOS assessment.

- Attacks on the coefficient 2.58

- Attacks on electric RE

- An unreadable carbon calculation

- And other disappointments.

Along the same lines, Thierry Rieser, manager of the Enertech design office, is concerned about the latest trade-offs on the future environmental regulations (RE 2020).
