Perovskite solar cells could be observed.

An international research team has used a technique based on optical imaging to illuminate halide perovskite solar cell strains.

of lead without damaging them. They discovered that the main cause of these strains was a misorientation of microscopic perovskite crystals. This could help reduce the instability of perovskite solar cells.
