Price of $0.0169 /kWh in Dubai

Dubai reportedly awarded 900 MW of solar power to Saudi ACWA at a price of $0.0169 / kWh. This offer is

almost equal to that of Akuo Energy, which had offered €0.0147 / kWh for 150 MW in August 2019.
